This information applies where you enter into a distance service contract as a consumer and have a statutory withdrawal right. A mere inquiry on this website is not such a contract.
Period and notification
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. Send an unambiguous notification by email or letter to the contact below. Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient. Use of the form below is optional.

Refund
After a valid withdrawal, payments received for the contract are refunded within 14 days of receipt of your notification. We use the original payment method without additional fees unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you expressly requested services to start during the withdrawal period, a proportionate payment for services already provided may be due under the statutory conditions.
