This notice covers the public LeadX1 website and its inquiry form. The illustrated product journeys use sample data and do not access your Instagram account.
2. Website access and hosting
Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website. Delivering and securing it involves technical data such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and, where available, the referring page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, accessible website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Netlify may process data outside the EEA. Its privacy statement explains its international safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Netlify privacy statement.
3. Inquiries and Netlify Forms
When you use the form, we receive your name, email address and any company details, interests and message you provide. The selected language and, where applicable, the selected plan or template are also sent. Netlify Forms receives and stores your inquiry for us to process.
Contract-related inquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other inquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR so we can respond. The required contact details are necessary to handle the form submission. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.
4. Local storage and embedded services
When you switch languages, your browser may store the choice locally as “leadx1-language”. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Pages remain accessible without this storage. Fonts are served with the website. This website does not embed analytics pixels, advertising trackers or external video players.
5. Recipients and retention
Access is limited to people handling the inquiry and the hosting and form-service providers needed for that purpose. Authorities receive data where disclosure is legally required. Inquiry data is needed for handling the request and any resulting contract. It is then deleted unless statutory retention duties or specific legal-claim requirements apply. The exact period depends on the content and progression of the inquiry.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact: vertrieb@sales-elite.com.

7. Product demos and subsequent use
The publicly displayed AI scores and revenue figures are illustrative. This website does not use them to make automated decisions about visitors. Privacy information and required agreements for any subsequent LeadX1 workspace using your own contacts will be provided separately.
